Does anyone, probably someone who has already brought GURPS Thaumatology: Urban Magics, know if the Enchanted City information is compatible with the powers found within Thaumatology: Chinese Elemental Powers?

Well, insofar as they both use GURPS to express their game mechanics. But they use different kinds of magic: Urban Magics is about the basic spell-casting system, while Chinese Elemental Powers is magic-as-powers.
