GMing seers and precogs?
I recall reading an article online somewhere regarding how to deal with seers and fortune-tellers in game, but I am drawing a complete blank on any other details (except that I thought "that's cool" at the time).
It may have been in one of my GURPS books, but I haven't been able to locate it, if it is. Anyways, I was hoping that I could be steered towards a possible match (for my somewhat vague description). I appreciate any assistance that that anyone can give.
