Of Doom (unnatural axe)

I've been going through my cards with a sharpie, fixing all the text mentioned in the errata on the website. I came across the "... of Doom!" card from Unnatural Axe which looks like an item enhancer, but isn't marked as such. Its also not mentioned in the errata for Unnatural Axe. Should it be an item enhancer?

I'm not sure which printing it is, because I chucked the box.

The Item Enhancer text generally only appears in the newest sets. Older Item Enhancers are not marked as such.
