I believe that Divine Favor also has a cheaper Res called Resurrection Lite. EDIT: looking back on Raise Dead, it's 58 points for Retroactive Extra Life. Perhaps 100% would be viable on Healinng?

How does the Healing advantage work with Mortal Wounds?

A nice little article. It made me catch some enhancements I hadn't seen before. And you added some good new ones too. Good Job!

It inspired me to go back and add a 100% and a 700% enhancement on healing for my own games.

Yes it is. I totally forgot about that. You could I suppose if you wanted too, but I think I'd charge around +120% for it.

You can heal someone and stabilize them if you bring them ack up to 1 HP or better.

They're already in Powers: Divine Favor as far as how they function. Basically one gives you the retroactive Extra Life, and costs the victim 25 CP, and the other Regenerates your corpse for a few minutes, but doesn't cost the CP. It would more accurately be around +660% rather than +700 though.

EDIT: Although now in keeping with the FP basis of healing, I might consider assessing FP cost or roll penalty based on the target's HPx2.5. or maybe even both. Spend x FP and take a penalty based on the Size and Speed/Range table entry appropriate to the number of HP healed

I heal his character...I guess that's my go this round..." GURPS has a ton of ways of making a "healer," but the most effective method is probably taking the Healing advantage and modding it out to whatever specs you need. In today's GURPS101 post I've listed all the relevant modifiers for Healing, some new ones, and a example too boot.
Excelent! Thank you again.

Ahh. Yeah, that seems appropriate. I treat the enhancement as if I were using Abilities at Default from GURPS Powers (p. 178) and charge at least 3 FP to use.

Book Review: GURPS Template Toolkit 1: Characters

People might say GURPS is "dead," but you can't get new books from a dead system (maybe a undead system - but not a dead one). I look behind the cover of a rather unusual book. It's not a genre book or a crunchy supplement...but instead it's a look at how to design something every campaign uses to *some* degree - Templates.

Triple Threat: Spriggan

Big. Small. Big. Small. Big...you get the idea. Spriggans like to spring that on you (see what I did there?) and can be quite powerful foes if you're not prepared. This provides a valuable lesson - never kick the little guy when he's down because he might get back up, turn into a giant, and then eat your face.
