Yes, I've been pretty busy over there. The problem with BGG is threefold:

1. There are 2 sites BGG and RPGGeek.

2. There are lots of individual game entries.

3. The original games were all by Metagaming and the new games will be by Sjgames, so people following the the original entries may not pick up the KS news.

I've done my best to spread the information about on both BGG and RPGGeek, but the sites are a bit chaotic.

Please, anyone who's active there like my posts and try to spread the word as the membership is massive.

Phil, has, as well, and I've participated in several threads on BGG/RPGG/VGG (all three are one site with 3 domain names)

I've seen both Phil and Aramis on there, but we could do with a much bigger presence. BGG/RPGGeek has over a million members so there's a huge potential market there. I don't know if SJgames has considered advertising there? Every time I log on there is an advert for a Kickstarter.

Nevertheless, there must be a load more backers who are on BGG. It would be helpful if they got a bit more active.

Posting reviews of the games and solo adventures to BGG would help.

My reviews of Advanced Wizard and Advanced Melee have been on the site for years. I didn't get around to reviewing ITL and so was going to wait for the new edition. As to the solos, there are probably people better qualified than me to review them as I mostly ran my own material.

I don't know how BGG works at a meta level but I suspect the more thumbs up a review or post gets, the more chance it has of appearing on the "hotness" list on the main page.

So if anyone wants to thumb my reviews please do:

I think part of it relates to overall traffic and engagement; their systems are a little bit of a mystery to me at times.

One of the challenges is that there's no "The Fantasy Trip Legacy Edition" entry on the BGG site, meaning that traffic is currently split across multiple products. I am sure that is affecting the rankings; I doubt the system combines Melee and Wizard traffic and posts for purposes of their hotness rankings.

As a statistical update, TFT has now surpassed Dungeon Fantasy in the number of backers (DF = 1587, TFT = 1591). Next Giant to be killed? OGRE DE (with 5512 backers)! ;-)

I can ask the admins to create a new entry but looking at the rules, TFT LE would not qualify for an entry on BGG as it's an RPG. Here's a link to the page:

Melee and Wizard publisher updates -- and the new covers on BGG -- may also help.
