Default Proposed Limitation, ideas on value?

I am considering a limitation where the subject resists with the better of two attributes.
My initial thought is -20% comparable to the choose attribute enhancement.

Sounds right to me FWIW but I think the attributes potentially matter. Choice of ST or Will is a more punishing Limitation than say IQ or Will. That might be a feature not a bug though.

I was also considering basing it off Requires Attribute Roll which changes values based on the attribute
-5% for Per or Will
-10% for Primary Attribute

But the -20% is simpler and feels better.
Maybe -20%, plus another -5% per additional attribute?
Again though I like the elegance and resistant ti munchkinism of one value.

I think I'd go conservative with this one, and make it only a -10% limitation. It's still possible to game the system by making it based on attributes that are generally going to be lower, like DX or IQ, so making it just the reverse of Based On (Different Attribute) seems questionable. Just make it -10% per extra attribute they can use to resist, so making something resistible by the best of any attribute is a -60% limitation (assuming the four primary attributes of ST, DX, IQ, and HT, and Will and Per sub-attributes are all taken). That sounds about right to me.

Thanks Kelly, I like conservative and your suggestion is simple as well.
On a related note I vaguely remembered something PK had on his blog and wanted to look it up. But not only did I not find ir I forgot what I was looking for in reading through it!
Dont ya hate it when that happens?

PK If you happen to read this you can remove a few things from this page that made it into the rule books.
Specifically Second Nature under Enhanced Move and Pain under Resistant.
