What does Unfit apply to?

I've never ever seen it. The FP isn't a big part even, no one wants to have a penalty to death checks and everything else

I really don't understand what ignoring the rules for character development means here. If you are being fair about it, it shouldn't probably take long to buy off Unfit, right? So whatever means you allow that to happen probably should be faster than it normally takes to earn 15 points, which seems to be a really good deal if you intended to buy it off anyway.

Saddling a character with Unfit for several sessions or eight-plus months of downtime or whatever seems to be punishing someone who took it for realism reasons, and wanted to play a mushy couch potato who is hardened by adventure.

So if it is 15 points, how fast can you buy it off?
