Stone walls ... hard facts
These questions are regarding stone (etc.) walls (in particular, ones surrounding cities, keeps, etc.) in a TL3-4 setting (before gunpowder)*.
What are the game mechanic (DR/HP) differences between a natural stone wall (such as a mountain) and a constructed wall (such as a city wall) given equal thickness? What would be the minimum damage required to create a 1-hex diameter hole in a typical city wall (15' thick)? What about a 3-hex, and 5-hex? * I do not have access to any of the Dungeon series.

See the table on page 558 of Campaigns. It gives numbers for brick and stone from which you can extrapolate.
Low-Tech Companion 2 has more information on fortifications and construction materials, including dry stone, ashlar, mortared stone, concrete brick, earth, logs... |
