Re: Does Fit add to Bleeding rolls?
Good cardio fitness is exceptionally useful for stopping bleeding. To abridge a long, complicated subject: cardio fitness makes your blood healthier, too, reducing clotting times. The intervening steps to understanding this are a headache*, but it's safe to assume that good cardio health by definition boosts your odds of surviving a threat to the blood, blood vessels, heart, or lungs, and is also directly beneficial for the brain, liver, kidneys, spleen, and most other internal organs.
Since taking up a concerted programme of cardio exercise over four years ago, I bruise less easily and clot more quickly. I also catch fewer colds and don't suffer hangovers. For the ordinary non-athlete, this kind of fitness has a much higher ROI than, say, strength or speed training. — * Those interested in doing the reading should review the effects of exercise on bone health, and thus marrow and therefore platelet counts, and also the negative effects of abnormal fibrin deposition (basically, unhealthy, clogging plaques vs. useful, healing clots).

Re: Does Fit add to Bleeding rolls?
It doesn't effect HT-Based skill rolls (Sex Appeal, Hiking ect. and notably any skill "floated" to HT), Basic Move, FP, or any calculation based on HT (Temperature Tolerance, breath-holding times...).

Re: Does Fit add to Bleeding rolls?
No, not at all. Higher HT *IS* better. However, the increased fatigue recovery and +1 HT roles (consciousness check, survival rolls) make it a must for fighters and outdoorsmen (in fact, most adventurers in general). So much so that it's on most characters I generate to play if they're at all action oriented.
