Tomorrow (Saturday) is a postal holiday, Veteran's Day ... I get to wait until Tuesday it would appear.

Late next week for me. It's always odd to see a package go away from me to the hub before it comes to me.

I get to wait until next Thursday, because it will apparently take that long for FedEx to make the 8ish hour drive from Perrysville, OH (where it departed just after 8am today) to just outside of Philadephia, PA. I know I probably shouldn't expect them tomorrow since it's the weekend, but something's off if it's gonna take 4 business days to deliver a package the last 10 miles or so from the nearest depot...
I did get the tracking info after I last posted, and yeah, Lansing MI to Chicago IL shouldn't take a full week, but so it goes.

It's supposed to arrive next Friday, but IME stuff almost always comes much sooner than the estimate.

Yeah, the last FedEx Smart Post delivery I received did the same thing: Long estimate, much earlier delivery.

Regardless, it will get here when it gets here. I will be happy when I'm happy.

Happiness is fleeting, regardless.

Originally mine was scheduled for Wednesday, which was changed to Thursday almost immediately. Now they just changed it to Tuesday. I'm starting to wonder if the package was accidentally shipped via TARDIS... :)

...and now Smartpost has adjusted itself again, to deliver Tuesday. Sigh. Well, once the box shows up, I do plan on doing some sort of tutorial - maybe even a Youtube video - on how to get an army painted and in play as quickly as possible.
