I play Harnmaster as well. Get a copy of Harn price list (realistic fantasy medievel) . You can get it by searching - there are heaps of versions out there almost all of which are good. Go to lythia.com and search their downloads section.

Harn prices are just as unrealistic as most other roleplaying systems.

A gambeson is 260d while a hardened leather equivalent is only 120d.
a mail shirt is 660d while a plate equivalent is only 600d

The weapons pricing seems to be completely arbitrary as far as I can see.

I'm going to suggest that having any kind of absolute cost that can be applied across a variety of settings is impossible due to differing social and ecconomic circomstance. Hell a detailed setting could have different regional prices for the same item, even if produced locally. Personally I think GURPS wold do well to produce a set of mechanics to help players work out how much everything costs in their setting and what that means in game world terms.

If someone just replaced the soundtrack, it would be a perfect movie. The 80's synth was both bad and out of place.

When I went to see at the drive in, back when dinosaurs roamed the Earth, we didn't know it started because the music trying to sell you popcorn sounded just like the soundtrack.
