The Aftermath

I am currently creating a post apocalyptic sci-fi campaign. The campaign includes options for 6 character options including:

Human
Android
Robot
Cyborg
Espers
Mutants

Characters can have any ability that fits his or her character, with GM approval. Magic is not allowed, tech level is mixed, & Psychic abilities are allowed to Esper characters. This campaign is in development. A special guest player character will enter the party at an unannounced point in the campaign.

Perhaps uplifted animals, or chimeras?
Horseclans prairie cats being an obvious reference, in some ways.
