Sacred Cow, his on-again / off-again romantic and adventure partner, is close enough to benefit from his power, when they are working together, but their relationship has always been a little rocky. On her own, she is a pretty typical devout Hindu lady (mid-40s, employed as a grade school teacher) who can transform into an average female bovine of the domestic type at will.

If Photo Bomb blows up a digital file that isn't being displayed does the computer or is it a virtual explosion that just scrambles the files?

The Night Visitor

The Night Visitor is a super villain with the power to take the shape of anyone that they kiss, though the afflicted individual becomes a statue while they are copied and remembers everything that the Night Visitor did while in their form as if they were in a dream when they regain their form. The Night Visitor is not malicious though and, when they take the form of another individual, they try to make sure to improve the life of the individual in question before committing the crime in question. Of course, the crime in question may end up scarring their victim for life, but that is sometimes unavoidable.

The Cucumber.
He has the powers of a sea cucumber in that when scared, he vomits out his organs and regenerates them later. He can slowly liquify his skeleton in order to wedge into crevices then resolidify them.
His half brother, a local thief, discovered his useful ability and keeps trying to entice him into burglaries. But so far his skittish nature has kept him from even entertaining the idea.

Iron Pants can summon really excellent armor (no encumbrance, DR100, hardened) for his groin and legs at will.

Iron Maidenhead possesses an instinctive flawless knowledge about the eponymous heavy metal band's career and enough personal details about the people involved (extending to roadies) that both sides have enlisted legal aid more than once to sort out practical details. She also has an indestructible certain part of her anatomy, which very rarely helps her in combat, but causes her enough emotional unease to become a plot hook if supers who can permanently alter basic physical things and/or powers exist in-setting. On the mundane side, she is also a very talented bass player.

The Stainless Steel Squirrel

The Stainless Steel Squirrel transforms into a stainless steel squirrel. With a mass of 5 kg, his homogeneous steel body gives him an effective ST of 18, allowing him to kick like a mule, and gives him a DR 56.

I generally consider that to be a -80% Limitation, and simply call the result “Payload ST.” And yeah, that’s the optimal way to build a character with a high Payload.

In my Oubliette setting, female adventurers often wear magic items (traditionally rings, but amulets, piercings, or even armor can be appropriately enchanted) to protect their chastity. This also has the extended effect of preventing any attacks that would have struck their reproductive system, granting roughly 1/6 protection to the abdomen.
Such items also work for men, but only give protection if a particular part is struck, which is markedly less likely (regardless of what they might like to claim).

I suspect this exceeds the [250] limit of the thread, unless the Steel Squirrel Alternate Form also has the intelligence of a squirrel. An otherwise-normal squirrel would probably be worth more than [0] if it had IQ and ST of 10, and this has a further [360] on top of that (reduced thanks to the Alternate Form discount, but still).

Well, you should probably have Cannot Wear Armor (-40%) for the DR, which would reduce the cost from 280 to 168. Combined with ST+8 [80] and Injury Tolerance (Homogenous) [40], you would end up with a cost of 288 CP. Now, squirrels have a number of disadvantages that come to mind, such as Bestial [-10], Cannot Speak [-15], Curious (12) [-5], Horizontal [-10], Impulsiveness (12) [-10], and Paranoia [-10]. A stainless steel squirrel will also likely have Unusual Biochemistry [-5], Vulnerability (Electricity, ×4) [-60] and Vulnerability (Magnetism, ×4) [-60]. I would probably add DX+2 [40], HT+2 [20], Fur [1], Immunity to Metabolic Hazards [30], Sharp Claws [5], and Sharp Teeth [1], so the total would be a 200 CP template (or 180 CP with Alternate Form).
