477. In a Marvel superhero game, I am not to base all my villains on heroes from other publishers... and we're not just talking the Distinguished Competition, but also AC, Valiant, Defiant, Dark Horse, Eclipse, Image, and/or pre-buyout Malibu*. I have to use at least a handful of canon Marvel villains that don't map to others.

*I don't think IDW, Dynamite, and other non-Marvel/DC/Image/Dark Horse publishers that make their money on licenced titles have superhero titles to crib from....
