Default Is there any tool available for calculating actual effective damage with DR?

This is an issue I've had a few times in the past. If you deal 2d damage to someone with DR 7, then just subtracting DR from average damage would give 0, but actual average damage would be just under 1 point. Is there anything out there to to calculate that for more complex damage/DR values?

You can do it at https://anydice.com/ . For example, here's a program to get the average of 2d vs DR 7.

You'll have to go through some hoops or put up with some inaccuracy if you want to handle blunt trauma or attacks with wounding modifiers of 0.5 or 1.5.
