I like a physical manual in 'RTFM' because it underlines a key principle of Jean's philosophy ... that humanity learns at its own pace. This lets a human more easily access the tools that are already there (or should be, he grumbled, as he searched for his own manual), but the person still has to read and learn for themselves.

Another new attunement that I posted a year or so ago...with a new name and some game-mechanics pruning:

Cybersurf

By spending 5 Essence and making a successful Computer Operation roll, a Cybersurfing angel can teleport himself between any two computers in the Corporeal realm. The maximum distance allowed is one mile for each of the user's Forces; neither machine is damaged unless the Computer Operation roll fails. (Shielding, unfamiliar areas, and location in a hostile Tether can all make the destination harder to reach; the exact penalties are up to the GM.)


NOTE: Angels who learn the Cybersurf attunement must have the Ofanite of Lightning attunement already, although they can belong to any Choir.

I'm picturing the manual to something obscure but important showing up in badly translated English, because that's the only version ever printed. In a duel between Jean's servitor and a Vapulan, the Balseraph would win that round.
