If I apply Highly Customized to a 1 hand item, does it become a -1 hand item?

the way the card reads I would say it would be negative 2 hand.

just says if required hand its now negative two.

I appreciate everyone's patience with all these Marvel questions. Because I don't have a database for those cards, I have to be at the office where my reference binders are, and the past few days I've been slammed with work and haven't had a chance to dig out the answers.

No problem, Andrew. I know you will get to them as time allows. Most of mine I just wrote down as they happened so I could eventually get clarification and not forget about them.

I feel terrible about being useless, too, because I don't even have Andrew's limited resources, and seeing these questions sitting out here unanswered create an itch at the back of my brain, teasing the part of me that needs to make sure all the questions are answered. :-/

Did you happen to get a chance to look at some of the Munchkin Marvel questions from last month? They can totally wait until after the holiday, just didn't want them to drop off the radar.
