Tattoo Warrior Question?
I have in mind to make a sort of Magic 'Tattooed' Warrior maybe with a fantasy bent.
I know fixed magic handles knacks, but it's a little less flexible then I might like. How would one create a magical tattoo that must be 'touched' and then concentrated on for a second in order to activate the magic contained within it? What would be the limitations for a tattoo of that type? Any help is appreciated. =)

Re: Tattoo Warrior Question?
I'd probably use the "Requires Ready" or "Requires Concentrate" limitation on the advantage(s) granted by the tattoo. Also, an Accessibility of "Must Touch" may be required. A "Costs Fatigue" limitation is also possible, but that's up to you.
