Advantages needed to secretly pass on knowledge
The situation is I want an NPC psi who implants ideas on a target. That part seems straightforward, but I want the added effect that the target believes that it is there own original idea, not a planted idea ftom outside. What skills and advantages are needed to allow this?

Are these ideas on what to do? That sounds like Mind Control with the Suggestion limitation, possibly Conditioning and No Signature.
I thought there was a Rationalization enhancement but I am not seeing it in Basic or Powers. Ill dig further if thats what your looking for. If not maybe Telesend with No Signature.

As an example to implant the idea to invest in a particular company just before they boom but have the target think it was their idea the whole time.

So possibly a limitation that the idea has to at least seem beneficial.
