Sorry to say but I don't think you can place a Laser Batt in a turret , as it says ( somewhere ) that it has to be adjacent to the Power Plant/Gas Engine .
Yeah, we went over all of that. BUT:

Triskadecaphobia -- Camper; CA Frame; Extra Heavy chassis w/6 Tires (Dualies); Heavy suspension; 150 cid Engine w/Tubes, BP, VP Turbo, 1 gallon Duelling tank; 6 Hvy Duty tires. Driver. Another excessive design:

Fusion: X-Hvy Trike; CA Frame; Extra Heavy chassis; Heavy suspension; 100 cid Engine w/Carb., Turbo, Overdrive, 5 gallon Racing tank; 3 PR Steel tires. Driver w/Personal Fire Extinguisher; Gunner w/Personal Fire Extinguisher. 2xFlamethrower w/10xStandard each L, linked; 2xFlamethrower w/10xStandard each R, linked; Flame Cloud Discharger B. 2xLink (All FTs, All FTs-FCD); Targeting Computer. 118 pts. Plastic (F: 28 R: 28 L: 28 B: 22 T: 4 U: 8); 1xFake Guards F; 2xFake Guards B. Cost: $19,994, Wgt: 4,200, HC: 2, Top Speed: 60 (80), Accel: 5/10 (2.5/5).

It's possible to fit the same concept into Div 10, but it's a terrible idea:

MicroFusion: X-Hvy Trike; Extra Heavy chassis; Heavy suspension; 100 cid Engine w/Carb., Turbo, 4 gallon Economy tank; 3 Hvy Duty tires. Driver; Gunner. 2xFlamethrower w/8xStandard each linked L; 2xFlamethrower w/8xStandard each linked R. Link (All FTs). 3 pts. Metal and 63 pts. Plastic (F: 1/16 R: 1/16 L: 1/16 B: 0/12 T: 0/1 U: 0/2); 1xFake Guards F; 2xFake Guards F. Cost: $9,994, Wgt: 4,197, HC: 2, Top Speed: 60, Accel: 5/10.

Here is a good Divison 15 car, if you are in an arena with lots of open space to turn and manuver

"Punisher 150" by ShotGun Jolly:
Mid-Sized; Heavy chassis; Heavy suspension; Super PP;
2 PR Radial tires F, 2 Hvy Duty Steel Radial tires B. Driver. 2s Turret T. Recoilless Rifle w/10xHEAT, w/ 1 extra Mag 10xHEAT Rounds, w/ 1 Extra Mag 10x Normal rounds Single-Weapon Computer;
Ramplate F. 140 pts. Plastic (F: 26 R: 24 L: 24 B: 22 T: 30 U: 14); 2x9 pt. Plastic Hubs F; 2x10 pt. Plastic Guards F; 1x7 pt., 2 spc. Plastic CA (Armored Driver Area).
Cost: $14,864, Wgt: 5,198, HC: 4, Top Speed: 120, Accel: 10.

RR is in the turret, while the extra mags are inside the main body of the car.
Designed to fire through the HEAT mags first, then start to use the normal ammo mag.

Anti Metal Armor Option 1: Switch one or both HEAT mags with HESH mags..
No change in price or weight.

Anti Metal Armor Option 2: As above and also drop 8 points of armor (but not off front) add Magazine switch.

New cost $14,986, New Wgt 5,134lbs

IIRC, everything in the Tanks section of the UACFH should be considered Military Equipment.

The weapons and armor are , but the Armoured Cars and AFV bodies aren't - the Road Construction Vehicles in ADQ 10/3 use them . In the UK at least it legal to own and drive ex-army Ferret Armoured Cars on the road .

A more combative entry from Furious Machines, the TINDERHEAD can spread destruction like a wild fire. Capable of spitting flame in every direction but up, the high torque motors help keep this machine in the running and the weapons keep the opponents off their game.

TINDERHEAD
Midsize, Light Chassis, Hvy Suspension, 4 FP PR Radials, Large PP w/SC, Driver, VMG w/Incendiary Ammo front, FOJ w/HT ammo rear, FOD left & right, FP Spoiler & Airdam, HD Shocks, HDABS, HDHTM, SWC, Sloped FP Armor F25 R15 L15 B20 T5 U5, ACC 10, HC 4, Top 120, 4315lbs., $24,322

Quick question...is this vehicle intended as a dueling car? If so, isn't it just a little light in the side armor department? That wasn't meant as a knock against the design, I' m just thinking that in a Div 25 duel, most vehicles pack a little more armor than that.

I think a Division 15 Duel car could smear this thing ... it's armor is WAAAAAYYY too light for Division 25.

This design would not do to well in the arena without some mods. Mostly it is a performance machine (Kinda like metric racers) but this one has a bit of fire power. Most of my designs from Furious Machines don't have too many weapons. for example.....

Furious Machines brings you a street racing machine in the classic style. Is has full ground effects and is completely armored, but with a convertible hardtop to really show off your cool! Let the DOOMSTER take you to the limit.

DOOMSTER
Sedan, X-Hvy Chassis, Hvy Active Suspension, 350cid w/VP Turbo, 15gal. Racing Tank, Driver, 2 Passengers, 4 FP Solid Radials, FOJ back, Convertible Hardtop, HD ABS, Ram plate, FP Spoiler and Airdam, HD Shocks, 2 10pt FP Wheel Guards, 2 10pt FP Wheel Hubs, FP Armor F65(RP) R25 L25 B25 T20 U10, ACC 20, HC 5, Top 120, 6119.5lbs., $47,855
