Yes, the other d10's are from the new Munchkin Wurfel set from Pegasus Spiele and are available on Amazon.de for a pretty reasonable price. Mine got here within a week of ordering them.

I have one Munchkin Dice Bag that fits all of the current D6's. I don't think I can fit another single standard-sized die in there though so when more come out, I will split them between one bag for the jumbos and one for the standards. The D10's are separated between a Duck of Doom and a Duck of Gloom. Again though, these will not hold any more D10's so I'll have to use a third duck if more are released.

I've got two mostly-identical "bricks" of Munchkin dice, using two Boxes of Holding. They're not quite the same because I only have one of some versions; it's really a primary set and a secondary. I also don't put the MQ dice in there; these are set up so I can grab a brick and a Deluxe box (for the pawns, board, FD/Munchkinomicon cards, empty dice bag*, and assorted other stuff) along with any of my Munchkin decks and have everything I need for a game.

*When it comes time to roll a die, I give the player the option of putting it in the empty bag so he can ritually take it out and invoke the special rule. :)
