Gurps meta tech book … what is it?

Hello Hello!

Does anyone have the scoop on the GURPS meta tech book? What is it about?

Rules for making gadgets that grant meta advantages such as Luck, Serendipity, etc. Obviously its like the Probability drive from Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy :)

Never heard of it. My first thought is metatronic generators. There is not a dedicated book for that but Christopher rice, who has written a fair number of groups books, was soliciting very serious advice on it a while back. There is also the original article on Metatronic generators from pyramid, and there is a book on psi tech with psychotronic generators.

My guess is that just as metatronic generators are Christopher Rice's supers-flavored take on PK's psychotronic generators, so Meta-Tech will be a supers-flavored counterpart to PK's book Psi-Tech. But that's pure speculation on my part.

When was that? Can you put a link to it?
I used to run the W23 Spec thread but stopped due to personal issues taking much of my time and it got unwieldy with the long gap between releases we had going on for awhile.
