I'd probably frame it in terms of the Camping rules from DF8, specifically the Sites bit. First, allow characters to claim multiple Comfort benefits - claiming it twice gets you +10% sleep, thrice +20%, and four times +30% - but only if they sleep without armor. Characters with rudimentary sleeping arrangements who shed their armor to sleep can claim an additional Comfort benefit.

So, with a critical success, a character without rudimentary sleeping arrangements could remove his armor and spend all three benefits on Comfort - one to negate lack of arrangements, one for Comfort, and one for +10% sleep. With sleeping arrangements, the character could spend all three on Comfort, and get a bonus fourth for sleeping out of armor - the camp lacks Concealment and Line of Sight, but a little over 6 hours gets you a full night's rest.

EDIT: The "Wake Up With More Energy" bit isn't terrible, but I suspect a whole 1 or 2 additional FP for the day doesn't amount to much (particularly not with how much your mages tend to burn through - "Hey, I get to cut the rest period from my first spell by 5 minutes! Woo!")
"Wake Up Refreshed" doesn't strike me as being all that useful, honestly. It's great for deciphering the tome you picked up on your most recent delve, for noticing the thief stole a tenth of your coins during the night, or for covering your site when you break camp, but it's probably going to be gone by the time you've come across anything new.

Do you do armor damage? Will Vryce need his armor fixed?

The party would be crazy scary if they actually got everyone to show up together

For corrosion attacks, we do, and yes, he will. Dryst has Repair, though, so it's not a big deal.

It's true. They'd have two knights, a barbarian, a scout, a holy warrior, a gigantic martial artist, a cleric, a wizard, and a berserker. It would be scary. Fun, though. My dream is an all-hands session.

Heh.

Or "We bs'ed a lot for 6 hours, did some mapping, and generally remarked over and over what a shock it was to have everyone all in one place at one time."

And then a Great-Hasted Vryce used his Undead-Slaying Sword of Dragon Slaying to kill the draco-lich in one turn. Which then exploded and made the roof of the room start to crumble, giving the party 3d+10 seconds to scoop up the treasure, grab the wounded, and run. >:3

Wouldn't the easiest way be to allow Change Posture for Berserk?

Yes. But the post isn't about the easy fix for "I trip the berserker!" but rather a way to smooth out the rules choices that occurred to me along the way. The lack of Change Posture when berserk was just what prompted the idea.
