Re: Now you see me...
Escape (@DX) [4]
Perk: Efficient Escape [1] (Reduces Haste penalty by 2) Technique: Hasty Escape (H) [9] (Buys off remaining -8 for Haste: Instant Use) Technique: Slip Handcuffs (H) [6] (Buys off the -5 for handcuffs) So 20 points buys you instant use of the Escape skill at DX, with no penalty for handcuffs. In the context of the feat, it seems like a cinematic use of Hypnotism to get the subject to ignore the handcuffs being placed on him... |

Re: Now you see me...
Wow thx! So how about somthing like being able to "disappear" from like behind a curtin or a large object when no one is looking..or the ability to disappear when someone turns thier head and nothing is heard...just gone or into darkness ..ala the "batman effect".. How would this be skill based? Because this is not the art of invisibility.

You can activate Invisibility Art while nobody is looking at you, and then roll against them when you're in their field of vision. A friendly GM (and Batman clearly has one of those) might give you a bonus for taking extra time, or for searchers who don't know where to look.

Re: Now you see me...
This trope is just super high stealth while being fleet footed. When Gordon turns and Batman is gone, Batman IS gone, he's not right there using his chi to remain unseen. There is a -5 penalty to Stealth if you are moving faster than Move 1, which a Batman like character would probably technique off for [6] if his basic Stealth skill wasn't high enough to easily soak it...
