Kromm reviewing a "very long" item

Kromm mentioned that he's just started his "review of the first draft of a very long item that I cannot name right now."

The only very long item I know is coming, at some point, is the Vehicle Design System (VDS). Could this finally be it? Or is there some other very long item in the pipeline?

Apparently the secret service didn't have much trouble getting into their computers a few years ago. Maybe we should ask those guys.
