Default Hasty reloading

A figure with the Guns and Missile Weapons talents may attempt to reload the gun more quickly than usual.

For each turn of hasty reloading roll 3/(DX + Missile Weapons). On a success do one plus the level of missile weapons turns of reloading that turn (So Missile Weapons III would reload at up to four times the normal rate of speed). On a failure do no reloading this turn. On a dropped weapon result the powder is spilled and you need to start over with a fresh charge. On a break weapon result you need to find another weapon.
