Not toons. And definitely not zombie kenders. Kenders dont have gluttony or alcoholism, and rather have on the edge, impulsiveness, curiosity, and kleptomania. But it is really good idea, and it is actually pretty close to the answer.

Well, the alcoholism is not really essential (maybe imperative? i dont know the exact word), it is more of an adittion to the gluttony and carousing.
Another hint:frightens animals, fanaticism(maybe instead of obsession), dependency (killing people, weekly), and maybe dominance.

The bolded traits appear to be incompatible, especially considering that Doesn't Eat/Drink is on the template.

Another hint:frightens animals, fanaticism(maybe instead of obsession), dependency (killing people, weekly), and maybe dominance.

Some kinda vampires maybe? What kind of media are these from?

Thats the point. They dont need to eat, but they really want to eat, and they dont enjoy it.
