B424 doesn't address critical failures on stabilizing a mortal wound, but it's hardly unreasonable to have it be fatal.

That's a very niche use of an optional rule.
The vast majority of First Aid uses are for basic healing of Hit Points.

It might be one of the things which falls victim to SJG being based in Texas and remembering that they were almost driven out of business by one encounter with over-zealous officials. House style is very euphemistic about sexuality.

My copy of Bio-Tech is in the old country, but did it have any spells for this?
