Analyze Heredity spell

The Analyze Heredity spell (Bio-Tech 30) is an Information spell, which according to Magic 13, an attempt may be made to answer a particular question once per day. The PC suspects A, B, and C of each being the daddy. Is she able to ask once about each, or just once for the day?

No, because the subject of the spell is not each suspect but the baby/kid.
(However, with the right question will you need to cast on each suspect?)

However, the spell says at TL7+ you can get answers equal to a DNA test.
If you did that, you could then cast Analyze Heredity on each suspect till you get a match.
