When does ongoing damage happen?
If you take damage from standing in a fire or being immersed in acid, at what point does that damage affect you? Is it at the end of each of your turns? Does it start on the turn that you enter it or only the turn after that?
How about if you are hit by an attack with the cyclic enhancement? Is that the same, or does it get handled differently? In the attacker's next turn? How about if you are in contact with a target who has an Aura? Does it matter on whose turn contact was made?

Re: When does ongoing damage happen?
Generally speaking, you take cyclic (and other ongoing) damage at the start of your turn. Assuming you are still conscious after the damage is rolled, you may then do something to try to stop the damage.
