The way I see it, when you are a Half-Elf (and Half-Human) one of the advantages of being only half-Elf is that you can say to monsters: "I am not Elf". Other is "I am an Elf", but not "I am not Human" and "I am Human".

So, if there is a monster with a bonus against Elfs, "I am not Elf" cancels that bonus. When there is a monster with a bonus against Humans "I am Elf" functions the same way. But when there is a monster with a penalty against Human shows up, both phrases don't apply.

This is the way the card was intended, from the very beginning:

You either use it with one Race and get all of the advantages, but no disadvantages of that Race, but you're no longer fully human, so you don't get any advantages or disadvantages of being human. Or, you use it with two Races, and get equally the advantages and disadvantages of both Races. Since there is no Human Race card, and being Human garners so few advantages or disadvantages, this isn't seen as the huge deal it's being made out to be.

So, all of the Human Advantages and Disadvantages must be read as for not just Human, but for Pure Human, am I right?

That would be correct. Only a "pure" Human would get the advantages of being Human. So, anyone playing Half-Breed, 1/3 Breed, or Chimera with just one Race can not get any Human advantages or disadvantages.

Meaning that any half, third, or chimera, Human wouldn't be allowed to use a Human only item, such as the bandana?

If they can't have advantages or disadvantages, methinks that Human-only equipment IS an advantage, meaning they shouldn't be allowed to use them if they get half or third with another race. Right?

1/3-Breed card (M7) says you can have two race cards and be Human. Is it mean all advantages and disadvantages of Human or just not pure Human like Half-breed?

It works like Half-Breed when you only have one Race.
