Regarding Coins
I know that the coins exact powers vary by the month, but does the year affect the coin as well? For example, will a 2010 coin gain the January 2011 powers, or does it revert back to the January 2010 powers every year? Or does it become useless after December 31?

Re: Regarding Coins
Each coin uses the powers from its year. The 2010 coin will always use the 2010 powers.

Re: Regarding Coins
Actually, this is similar to something I was wondering as well. Not sure if it's been gone over, so I'll shoot:
Do the rules from coins from prior years ALSO change monthly? E.G., each rule set for a certain month goes into affect for said month. If that's not clear enough: 2008 coin used in March 2011 - Would the coin use the pre-set March 2008 rules? |

Re: Regarding Coins
Yes, that's how it works.
And wondering if the official rule still is that the special rules of holidays and special events of past coins are not valid, only the month rule?
