building animated corpses ?
Hi,
In my fantasy campaign, there is a race (sentient undeads, lich like) able to merge parts of human bodies to create gards, servants, etc. They can have many eyes, ears, heads, arms, legs to become fiercy opponents for PJs. Of course, i can always use the GM fiat lux and say "it works, period !" but i wonder if there is some rules that could be used to illustrate those "builds". I took a look in my 3e Grimoire p12 and found "Merge Shapeshift" in animal college but i'm pretty sure there is better rules. Thanks in advance for your advices. |

Re: building animated corpses ?
I'd just go with whatever advantages seem like the best fit, extra-arms or peripheral vision, extra head, Striker. If you envision there ever being a contested roll against their zombie construction I'd suggest Engineering-Undead with a Thaumatology prerequisite instead of math and Surgery or Artist-flesh sculpting for the construction? Otherwise NPCs just do stuff.
