Default Golem Unnatural?

In GURPS Magic (4th edition), p. 59, the Clay Golem template has the Unnatural disadvantage at -50 points. But I don't see this disadvantage in GURPS Basic (4th edition), which GURPS Magic says is the only book required. The closest by name is Unnatural Features which is not the same.

What is Unnatural and where in GURPS Basic or GURPS Magic is it?

Fragile (Unnatural), p. B137.

<shrug> I doubt it's anywhere. But it means the Golem doesn't heal and doesn't make HT rolls versus death. Instead it automatically "dies".

That would be ridiculous. I challenge you to find any trait (other than a self explanatory quirk) in a GURPS book that's named but not defined. If you can't find a trait, it's probably variant of another trait (like Resistant or Fragile).

It has nothing to do with healing.

Yeah, that's Unhealing, which the Golem also has, IIRC.

I really wish that GURPS books were more pedantic about giving things the name by which they can be found in the Basic Set, and citing the source for all traits not found in the Basic Set. A lot of people seem to have trouble finding talents and those traits which get several names but one listing in the Basic Set, like Flexibility and Double Jointed.

Thanks, that's it!

I agree. I wish that GURPS Magic actually said Fragile (Unnatural). There's several of those kind of omissions in GURPS 4th edition--I remember once spending a lot of very frustrating time looking for Sharp Beak only to find it was listed as "Teeth."
