Helping in Combat
The rules state that if you're in an adjacent rule that you do not need to spend movement to help someone in combat.
However, is it possible to help someone further away, if you have extra movement left from your turn? |

No. You can only help if you're in the same or an adjacent room. The rules also state that extra Move doesn't carry over, implying that it's lost immediately once you end your turn. If you were allowed to use leftover move to help from further away, the rules would have said so, and not given strict statements concerning who can help in a combat.

Re: Helping in Combat
There is a potion that will let you move two rooms to help, and things like teleportation will let you help from anywhere.

Re: Helping in Combat
The way I read the box on pg. 6 of the rules, you reset your move tokens to green as soon as your turn is over. So, when it's not your turn, you should have your maximum move. This way, you don't get more move than you had before, as it doesn't carry over.
However pg. 10 says you can only move to help in the combat if you are in an adjacent room. So no moving from three rooms away to help.

You cannot move when its not your turn _unless_ you have a card or ability that specifically allows movement during another player's turn.

Re: Helping in Combat
Yeah, that's why we at the end of our turn (after charity, before rolling for Monsters) flip all our move tokens to red. Then at the start of our next turn, before drawing DxM, flip them back to green.
