Cidri Common Runes

I am designing a font based on the "Cidri Common Runes" from the old non-SJG Fantasy Trip. So I would of course like to call that font "Cidri Common Runes".

However, that title appeared with a ™ symbol back then. And even if that ™ no longer applies with regard to the former owners (since they no longer exist), I would imagine that the current owners of TFT (and Cidri, and all the runes therein) might have something to say about using that name. Or perhaps even using the runes at all, regardless of name.

So to whom should I address the subject? I tried sending a message to the generic info@sjg…, but that was a week ago and no one has replied.
