What Happened to the GURPS Character Archive

I remember using this site in the past to pull premade NPCs for my campaigns, but it now appears to be a parked domain. Does anyone know what happened, or if there is a similar archive out there?

Here's the archive.org history of gurpscharacter.com.

Looks like the previous domain name owner let it go in Feb 2020. The Contact form on the old home page might still reach the previous owner.
