Remaining movement after exploring a room
When you move to 'explore' a room it costs one movement point.
A monster appears and the fight takes place. After the fight the rules state that remaining movement may be used and mentions searching the room or making a deal if available. My question is, can you explore a second (or 3rd) room on your turn if your remaining movement allows? If so, does another monster appear and a second (or 3rd) fight take place in that newly discovered room? |

Yes, you may explore as many rooms as your Move will allow.

Re: Remaining movement after exploring a room
If you start your turn in a room with a monster, you fight it, then can explore a room with your 1st move, and repeat...through all 3 moves.?
So it is technically possible to fight 4(or more) monsters on a single turn? |

Re: Remaining movement after exploring a room
It takes no Move to fight a monster that is in your room at the start of your turn. When you complete that fight, you still have all your Move left (even if you had to Run Away).

Re: Remaining movement after exploring a room
Since you could possibly fight 4 (or more) Monsters in one combat, that's probably not what you really needed to ask.
So, in an attempt to cover everything: Each link has a movement cost, some of which are more than 1, so, it's feasible that you might only get to explore once due to your movement choices, and/or because of excess Big Items, and you might get to explore more than 3 times due to lucky link placement and increased Move because of other Items. You could also get involved in more combats because of having to Run Away into a room already containing Monsters, or because another player uses a card to move you or a Monster into the same room; those circumstances don't cost you any move and put you into combat immediately. Suffice it to say, as long as you have enough Move to go through whatever Links available, you can explore as many rooms as your Move will allow, and that you can fight in as many combats as possible, due to whatever circumstances put you and Monsters in the same room, until your turn ends because you are out of Move, a card forces your turn to end, you decide to end it, or you die. |

Re: Remaining movement after exploring a room
Do you take any penalties for fleeing from a flight? Like...when you run from the combat room to an adjacent room does it cost a movement?
