We'll get started as soon as the playtest material gets posted. Starting before that seems like an unwise idea. ;)

That would be now, actually, but I'm waiting to hear confirmations from the playtesters that they're getting posts and can download the files before I officially start the playtest. So far I've checked off four of the people on my list. But two of them are smarsh and me, and we don't really count. . . .
