Default What's the difference between Munchkin 7 – Cheat With Both Hands and More Good Cards?

I'm curious what's the difference between Munchkin 7 – Cheat With Both Hands and the older More Good Cards? I did read over this page but am still a bit unsure. So if I have Cheat with Both Hands and the Monster Enhancer booster pack I'm pretty much covered?

The product page for Cheat With Both Hands has an explanation in the "Also, We Think 7 Is a Neat Number" section.

Basically, if you get Monster Enhancers (or Game Changers) and Cheat With Both Hands, then you have all the cards that were in More Good Cards and Munchkin Blender.

Edit: Looks like you beat me to the first part while I wrote this :p.
