In practice dealing with problematic mundane cults is mostly a Criminology specialty, as the 'cult' aspect is often just an overlay for some other criminal activity (financial fraud, drug dealing, human trafficking, prostitution, etc), but you might also look at Expert Skill (Conspiracy Theory).

Honestly, the right answer here is probably "ask your GM". If the GM hasn't indicated something like Hidden Lore (Cults) is going to see much use in his game, then you might just look at the skills on the Law Enforcement lens. Heck, if you're playing a Sleuth, arguably the Detective! skill should cover everything you need to know to hunt merely human criminals, no matter how creepy their aesthetic.
