Default Main-Gauche rewrite

Change ITL 111 to the following:

Anybody with a dagger, main-gauche or spike shield in their off-hand can roll a separate attack with this secondary weapon as per Two Weapons talent option (a). This is an ordinary strike with the Spike Shield and not a shield rush. (If you don't have the Knife talent (or Shield talent for Spike Shield) then this is rolled on an additional die to hit on top of the second weapon -4 DX penalty.)

Anybody with the Two Weapons talent can use option (a), (b) or (c) with these secondary weapons, if they have the talent for the secondary weapon. Again this is not a shield rush.

A Fencer subtracts one additional hit of damage for each main-gauche in hand (or tentacle) from each one-handed weapon or limb attack from all foes with less than double their own ST in their front hexes, in addition to the hits stopped by their Two Weapons option.

Default Re: Main-Gauche rewrite

This is a plausible set of rules, but given the amount of confusion about this topic please note that this is not a condensed version of the official rules - it is a suggested house rule. If you follow it you will be violating RAW.
