My versio of Mithril
Mythril
Mythril is a rare magical metal. It is lighter and stronger than iron or steel, and does not inhibit the flow of magic (so acts as silver in that regard). A suit of metal armor crafted from mythril costs a fortune, but is worth more than its weight in gold. Armor Hits Stopped Dx Penalty Weight Cost Chainmail 4 -2 15.0 $20,000 Half-Plate 5 -3 22.5 $30,000 Plate Armor 6 -4 27.5 $50,000 Fine Plate 7 -3 27.5 $500,000 |

Re: My versio of Mithril
I like this. It would be very rare to have a character afford it.
Being lighter armor, what would the corresponding MA adjustments be?

Re: My versio of Mithril
I used mithril in my original TFT campaign too (and also Fine Chainmail, from Interplay, but not the other fine armor types there - another GM added a different kind of boiled leather armor) along similar lines.
What weights (for encumbrance) do you assign? |

The price is more of a listing for if Pcs ever rub shoulders with kings and princes or find some in a dungeon and decide to sell it rather than keep it. Or maybe the reward price a group my offer for a suit's return. |
