Default GURPS Dungeon Fantasy: Any character classes they missed?

GURPS is flexible, so you can get anything you really want. But were there a few Character classes they didn't turn into templates.

Note: I don't mean useful Character Classes, just character classes. Some of the variant Classes from Dragon Magazine were wildly silly. And some Character Classes from Dungeons & Dragons type games were ludicrous. But GURPS might make these ideas work or at least fun might be had.

Artificer, assassin, cleric of [domain], demolisher, demonologist, dwarf, elementalist, elf, holy warrior of [domain], incantor, innkeeper, justiciar, mentalist, monster slaver, musketeer, mystic knight/archer, necromancer, ninja, psychic swordsman, scholar, shaman, sorcerer, the variant swashbucklers from "Swords against Evil", the variants from the Denizens books, the variant wizards and bards from Dungeon Styles and probably one or two I missed.

Um, lots?

I mean, there have been dozens of core classes and scores of prestige classes in various versions of D&D and Pathfinder. Many can be approximated with the DFRPG professions, but certainly not all.

Heck, the current PHB has two classes that aren't really represented - Sorceror and Warlock. You can sort of do them with Wizard if you squint but, to me, they don't really have the same feel.

If you're willing to branch out to the full DF line, you'll find a number of them there.

I meant that the Dungeon Fantasy LINE had missed. Not just the first book.

Plus it might be nice if you described them in playable terms.

Should this be in GURPS forum then?

I like PFRPG inquisitors (sort of divine bards), and investigators (rogue/alchemist hybrid class).

That feels like it would be straying fairly far off topic, IMO.

I don't get the logic, but okay.

Mentioning GURPS stuff that might be useful is apparently okay, but talking about GURPS stuff in detail isn't. Also Pseudonym already did this in detail on his blog.

There could be Bard variant that used non-supernatural songs to mimic cinematically inspiring leadership, like the Warlord class from D&D 4e.

This could work for a Knight if we had a point cost for the combat use of Tactics/Leadership/Strategy as a free action instead of a Do Nothing maneuver. Knight is really a better fit than Bard since the Warlord is more like a Fighter.

<MOD>

Since this seems intended to be a thread about the GURPS Dungeon Fantasy series, I'm moving it into the GURPS forum.

The Dungeon Fantasy Roleplaying Game forum is intended for discussion of the box set and its associated books, not the GURPS books.
