Default Blank template sheets

Is there such a thing? I am working on racial and occupational templates for my sandbox campaign and would love to have something organized like this.

Could you explain a bit more about what you're looking for? I don't quite understand the problem.

Since a template is basically a head-start on a character, why not just use a character sheet, or one of the NPC Record Cards?

It is recommended that you provide templates prior to a game to assist players so they understand what is acceptable, useful, or common in a setting. But I have been writing them by hand with lined paper and a pencil.

I would like a template sheet set up like the templates in the book, I may resort to building my own.

Why not make them yourself in MS Word or Open Office? It's really simple.

I've been meaning to make some for myself. If you'll give me until later this evening to put one together, I can probably send it to you. Is .docx a suitable file type?

Do you mean you want to lay out templates like they appear in the books? I think there was a writers guide for setting these (and other things out) using a standard approach / nomenclature. Here it is. I use this a lot for home brew stuff.
