Fast movement question

I have a question,
My speedster have:
Basic move 10
ATR 4
Enhanced move 1 (Cosmic, +100%)

On my turn, I did:

1- Move and Attack
2- Move
3- Move and Attack
4- AOD (Increased Dodge), moving half

What speed penalty a sniper would have to hit me? (ignore the distance)

Unfortunately, we can't ignore the distance, because of the way the penalties for speed and distance work - you add up both the speed you moved, and the distance to the target, and look that total up on the Size and Speed/Range Table to get the penalty.

However, assuming that you ended your movement right next to the sniper, you would have moved 35 yards (assuming you moved at full Move all three times, but didn't sprint for the extra +20%), and they would thus have a -8 to hit you.

Enhanced Move replaces sprinting according to the rules (Campaigns, 354). Just out of curiosity, what are you doing for your fifth action (ATR 4 gives you five actions)?
