Supers, can withstand 10 times as much force
Short question, about a superhuman who is 10 times as strong as they used to be. Using Knowing Your Own Strength rules, this is a simple +10 ST, easy enough.
But also, to avoid tearing their body apart with their own strength, can withstand 10 times as much force as before. What level of Damage Resistance, Damage Reduction or something else would you recommend for that? |

Re: Supers, can withstand 10 times as much force
Since GURPS damage is logarithmic in terms of how much damage a given amount of kinetic energy does, IT (Damage Reduction 2 or 3) ought to do it.

KYOS didn't deal with damage (which is understandable, making damage work properly with log ST is hard), but if you're still using traditional GURPS for damage from attacks, it's 3 levels of IT(DR) per x10.

Re: Supers, can withstand 10 times as much force
Thanks for answers so far.
Just to clarify, in this case, by "3 levels" you mean Injury Tolerance: Damage Reduction 3 [75]? Is that correct? |
