Marvel Munchkin- "In play" Clarifications

Hello all, my question is for cards that say "if ### is in play, ### happens".
This could go back to old similar cards but marvel was the most recently released and played.

Q1. If the Wakanda dungeon is revealed, does the winning level effect continue after the reveal?

Example) kicks open the door. portal. wakanda. no black panther nor vibranium in play BUT both in hand.

This questions if say player fights a monster but plays vibranium after looking for trouble. Free winning level? Or Not? Same question if player discards an ally to play Black Panther.

if the only window for the level effect is say in middle of combat, that is ONE needle in a haystack with the amount of cards from the expansions.

My group went with No because it isn't active at the time. However this brings into question of how other cards work (say like MODOK with the cosmic cube).
