Oh, it's a hilariously stupid weapon (though I'd probably call it a combination of a bow and a two-ended naginata or something, which is a pretty stupid weapon even before you add the bow to it).

Exactly. I predicted that some people would argue about the realism of the weapon, despite the fact that I posted an image of a video game character and I mentioned that it was designed with a Dungeon Fantasy game in mind, so that's why I mentioned "Fantasy weapon" in the post's title.

I’d rather take the bow fencer power up personally, but for a DF game, this monstrosity works just fine. When humongous clubs are started in the core DFRPG book, unrealistic weapons are clearly setting appropriate.
