Unfortunately I think it would count as an assult, though as always I'm open to arguments, until I'm not.

(Of course, if I wanted to be a Game-like nitpicker, I could argue the demon's Forbidding was poorly phrased. He asked her "not to assault anyone else now." So she didn't. He didn't forbid her to assault anyone else later, which is what may be about to happen. Had he just said "Don't assault anyone else," he would have been in the clear. He who lives by the Game dies by the Game?<g>)

but I bet it wouldn't be assault to use that tape to cover his mouth so he can't sing anymore and maybe make his hands a little more secure.

Re: In Nomine: the Pacific War (OOC)
Two questions:
1) As Sunae finishes her taping, is the Harmony still affecting Kane? 2) If not, is the gun in her waistband within his reach if he were to de-stone?

Or even the sword under her arm? I didn't say she put it down and if you think she would leave it unattended anywhere...

Sorry, you're still Harmonized for another minute or so. (Thinking about how that word is used in China...shudder)

Agreed. I'm sure one of Azzie's servitors got a promotion out of that one.

Re: In Nomine: the Pacific War (OOC)
Actually not quite as creepy as I was expecting, when I looks it up. I was thinking it meant "disappeared" or possibly "lobotomized." "Censored" is bad, but not at that level.
